Year 2: Peer Reflection

Focus: Learning & Support Communities, Peer Reflections, PRT Pilot Outcomes:

  1. Teachers join small collegial learning and support communities;
  2. Staff select peers to write reflections;
  3. Faculty volunteer presents a teaching portfolio to a Peer Review Team (PRT)
