Year 2: Peer Reflection
Focus: Learning & Support Communities, Peer Reflections, PRT Pilot Outcomes:

- Teachers join small collegial learning and support communities;
- Staff select peers to write reflections;
- Faculty volunteer presents a teaching portfolio to a Peer Review Team (PRT)
